DrumatiX brings percussion, movement, creativity, and play into schools and festivals through interactive performances, workshops, and residencies designed to engage students of all ages.
We partner with four major arts organizations in Southern California and New England for school assemblies and workshops/residencies:
- The Music Center of Los Angeles
- Segerstrom Center for the Arts (Orange County, CA)
- Arts Education Connection San Diego (residencies and workshops only)
- Arts for Learning Massachusetts

MUSIC CAN COME FROM ANYWHERE.
Through tap dance, body percussion, drumming, movement, and everyday objects, students discover new ways to listen, create, collaborate, and express themselves.
Programs are adaptable to different ages, spaces, schedules, and learning goals.
In our workshops and residencies, we cover body percussion through rhythm circles and games, create a percussion orchestra out of found and recycled items, teach bucket drumming with movement/choreography, improvisation, and can include tap dance elements as well.
All of our workshops and residencies are taught by established and experienced educators!
